Integrate external services into Salesforce using Flow and Apex to enable seamless cross-system interactions.

Unit 1: Register the External Service
Register the BalancedLiving external service and activate the necessary operations based on the provided use case. Ensure that the service is correctly set up for use in flows and Apex.

Unit 2: Get Journeys by Type
Enhance the Wellness Journey Selection flow to call the GetJourneysByType operation from the external service. After retrieving the data, create a Wellness Journey record to capture the selected journey’s details.

Unit 3: Submit Journey Completion
Update the Wellness Journey Touchpoint flow to invoke the SubmitCompletion operation from the external service, sending the necessary journey completion data. Store the received points in the related Wellness Journey record.

Unit 4: Evaluate Engagement
Implement the EmployeeFitWellUtilClass.reportEngagement() method to call the EvaluateEngagement operation from the BalancedLiving service. Use the returned data to support engagement analysis within Salesforce.
